I should of posted these yesterday after we got back from the show but things happens. There was only 4 G's there. A late '80s's El Camino with an LS, a lifted Regal, a "under construction" MCSS, & a '87 SS Aero. Some guy ruined the pics of the Aero cause he had to sit in it as the car's owner took pics of it 😀. The Jr. mechnic was excited to see a Chase Elliott NAPA Camaro & Herbie. There was a few others I liked & had to get a pic of an Ford 8N built into a street rod.

No pics of the bagged and bodied Charger or Camaro? The red El Camino is a fast car, a buddy owns that one. He got quite a bit of notariaty from his Drag Week experience as was shown in the Hot Rod Magazine in the engine bay, it is well deserved because he is one the best guys you will meet. He organizes that Pittsburgh Pizza Power Tour each year, I was so bummed to miss it last year

I was limited for pics as we had the wife, sister, & niece intow so the women kept moving when the should of been waiting. :blam:

I haven't gone in a few years. Met Jeff Lutz last time, got a picture of me and him somewhere. My buddy Bill usually has his '55 gasser there, says "Creepie Crawler" on the side. I will be at the International Auto Show this year though.

I know all too well how that goes, last year took my ex and her dad because his family used to race the Vettes back in the day pretty successfully. Well once we got to the good stuff her dad was too tired so had to skip it all.
Yeah I remember that year Lutz was there with a big setup and when I was there he was just standing there alone and nobody really knew he was, I gave him a nod because I felt bad and I think even the people I was with weren't sure who he was because he hadn't been on street outlaws much yet. I think I vaguely recall that 55, I'm sure I will be at PIAS as well since I usually have nothing better to do in the winter. Not to mention its a great people watching event.

I didn't go this year because it was almost exactly the same the last couple times I had been there. I'll be at the PIAS as I haven't gone since 2015, and my dad is likely going to be purchasing a new vehicle this year. Oh yes, you see all kinds at the auto conventions.

I thought this year was going to be different because on Saturday they had Pittsburgh Car Scene downstairs having a show as well. Turns out there was some motorcycle club beef so there was like 200 pagans and the cars that I really liked I had already seen at SEMA over the years. Not to mention we didn't really see the signs to get to the Pittsburgh Car Scene show so we went outside to get in to be told we had to go back in and all the way around. That was the end of our show experience.

I don't know why they didn't put up better signs for the Pittsburgh Car Scene cars. We found them downstairs by accident going down the wrong escalators. We didn't stay in there too long cause it was too loud for the junior mechanic. The wife noticed the chick in the tight white dress & heels, asked what she had to do with the show. Told her "I wasn't sure" why 🙂D). I was surprised to see all the pagans there too.
