here are some of my favorite birds!!
oh and it seems like there is an A-10 prerequisite:
these pics are taken at republic airport in farmindale, ny. they built the fuselages for the A-10's and numerous WWII fighters here. the planes are kept there for the airshow on jones beach for memorial day. they dont keep the more modern planes there, just the older ones. when they fly in or give out their rides they fly over my neighborhood and it is an awesome site and sounds even better!! just to explain where i am further is not far from where grumman is.
