Plastic Spoiler Thing?

My dad just went to the junkyard for me and pulled this plastic lip spoiler thing off of a Monte SS. He says it goes somewhere near the radiator air duct. Does anybody know what this thing is and where it goes?

It's an air dam, when the car is at speed it creates a low pressure area behind it that forces air through the radiator to prevent overheating. It mounts on the bottom of the core support, they are often missing and usually don't make a huge difference but there's certainly no harm in reinstalling one.
