Just read the whole thread. That's a real nice property you've got there. I gotta say, I'm pretty jealous. Nice Monte Carlo too. She's coming along man. What's next in store assuming nothing breaks? Lol

Thanks man. I'm gonna try to get the parts together to put the Vortec 350 in and either an overdrive automatic or a manual transmission. I've got Blazer spindles and Camaro buckets to go in it. There are a lot of repairs that need done as well.
 
Yeah. That and they were what I had available. It was a week wait for new springs and I found the Caprice springs at work. I figured since the Caprice was a heavier car that the springs would hold more weight without compressing as far. It worked.

This is part of the reason I posted that detailed MOOG spring chart, there are lots of options out there.
