What dipstick & tube do you guys use on your 700r-4?

fyi: TCI makes a POS locking dipstick
 
junkyard - with a new grommet in the Help! crap section section of the auto parts store
 
Im on my 4th dipstick in my TH400. I finally said f__k it and I just top it off every once in a while.
