power steering belt adjustment 86 olds

I can not for the life of me figure out how the hell to loosen this belt to change it! I need to throw the Ac belt on because the system isn't charging, due to the belts being worn. I see the slotted bolt behind the pulley, but how the hell do I tighten and loosen this thing? Any help out there?

I forgot to say its a 1986 olds cutlass supreme with the 307 olds motor. The one that every accessory has it own freeking belt.

Ok so I figured it out. There is one bold behind the pulley, and one on the back of the pump on the bottom. Thats it
