Also, it's not under high pressure with the pump removed, correct? Therefore some regular hose with screw driver clamps should be fine?
That's weird I have never had a problem with mine yet. Did you make sure there was plenty of fluid in the hose when you hooked it up or did you leave it dry and or plug the holes. I think you can adjust the slop out of the steering if you had to. Its been a long time so I can't remember how to do it but I did it years ago.twisted said:I did my power steering set up similiar to nightmares.
