Power Window 83' Hurst? HELP

Ok guys my drivers side power window went out on my 83' I can hear it run but the window is not moving.

First, how do I get the door panel off?

Second what do you think I am up agiant and where on earth will I find the parts.

the nylon gear is striped..there are screws and clips holding the door panel on....there 3 dimples in the door panel that you can drill out to get access to the rivets (or bolts if the motor has already been replaced)..you can drill out the rivets or remove the bolts to replace the motor without having to remove anything else

door panel removal is basic..........if ya got door pull straps ya gotta take the door pull strap covers off. remove two big screws. arm rest also has screws........remove it. slide upper panel up ( couple of hidden clips ...pop out with wide screwdriver or interior removal tool) this step is easier with window down.
lower panel is all hidden clips..........start popping them...........and you will break some so i would get a dozen replcements at most auto store HELP section . unclip window/lock harness.

follow these pics for drilling instructions. a 3/4 " bi-metal holesaw needed as well
