power window fuse or relay

i recently was taking my door off my 83 cutlass and the wires for the power window snapped....now when i try to hook them back up the window wont roll down...is there a relay switch or a fuse i might have blown on a 83...i looked on the fuse block but couldnt find one...all help is greatly appreciated

I'd replace the window harness if I were you, the connection is just behind the kick panel on each side
