Power Windows

How hard would it be to convert from power windows to manual windows? Are the tracks the same? I have a set of power windows in my regal that I want to convert to manual I am willing to trade if the other party would cover shipping?

The regulators are different. There are 4 aluminum rivets holding the regulators to the doors. The manul and power mount in different orientations if I am not mistaken. I just converted my wagon, but I haven't laid eyes on a two door side but side in years. But either way, the regulators are different.

probably be easier to find manual window doors and swap the doors, can find em cheap... or better yet, im sure there are plently of guys who would trade you doors, i bought the kit to convert mine to power cause i dont like the stock power stuff either

What is so bad about power windows in these cars/?

I don't have issue with mine. i added a big ground wire from the door to the body. clean the tracks from all old grease and grit, scotchbright up the gears and tracks, new synthetic grease, good to go. as long as the motors are food, and none of the wheels are worn out.
