Powertorque Heads?

O'reilly has heads for olds motor's called powertorque i wanted to know if anybody ever got some i wanted to know are they better 8 heads and what type of performance do these heads pack?
 
They're likely just a rebuilt/remanufactered head. Nothing special other than being a stock replacement. They are likely #8 heads anyway.
