I was just doing my daily slog through E-Bay and found several sets of Aluminum small block Chevy heads for around $600 + $50 shipping, fully assembled. They were available as either 190cc or 210cc castings with 64cc chambers and 2.02/1.60 valves. The chambers looked like a modern design too. I have never heard of Pro Comp heads though. It is definitely a bargain price, but are they any good?

I have had them on my 79 malibu with a 355 sbc since the end of last summer and have had no problems. I have drag raced it a few times and will again in less than a month. These are the 210cc ones with angle plugs and are set up with roller springs for up .620 lift. I am hoping to get into the 11's this year. 😀 These aren't a bad set of heads for the money I like mine and yes there are better heads out there but also cost more too.
