i bought a proform olds engine starter no:66257
had to install provided nose shim and still dint obtain the necessary .100 clearance between the gear & flywheel ...have only .035 now
the car starts great idles ok no sound ..but as sson as i accelerate the starter gear hits the flywheel creating a ssooouunndd!!!!
anyone had this problem ?
