The last pictures that I posted were of the original passenger's door and the damage, rot and general state of affairs that I found when I dissected it. As of yesterday, that shell has gone back into storage. It now has an entire new lower outer skin mounting flange, about 50+ inches long of new metal, that runs from the front leading edge of the door all the way to the back edge. The flange section itself was a scratch part, bent from body metal over a full length section of square tube using a 5lb dead blow hammer. The whole thing went in as three parts, the middle section, which was the longest and simplest, and the two ends, each of which had to be dollied and "encouraged" to assume the position. Might shoot a picture or two once the dust settles down in Bay One.
