The tubes are easy to find, and cut. Welding may be tricky if you use think tube and weld onto a 1/4" plate.
Feel free to use your imagination for the rest.
how much for you to make me one? yeah i could farm it out to someone here locally but since you already have experience with the one on your car i'd rather rely on you to fab one up for me.
