can you tell me what i need to hookup and what i need to cap. its for a racecar and ive already ran the vacuum lines i need but im not sure what is vacuum and what is not. also for the vent what can i do if i dont have a charcoal canister?

If it's for a race application you don't need any vacuum lines so you might want to remove those tubes and seal the openings.The 3/8 tube for the charcoal canister should be removed and plug it with a brass allen head screw.
