Quadrajet ID confusion

Can anyone comment on the following carb ID. 17086009. Not sure if they changed code but based on my research the zero in the sixth digit reps a monojet and the last nine would be manual. Obviously wrong for my 442.

pretty sure ive seen them on 5 liter vin 9 caddies.in fact i got one for my car a few months back before i found a numbers matching quad for an 85 442.not a bad set up.800 cfm model thats two point adjustable with generally a richer hanger and secondary rods.b.o.p. throttle linkage wont work for a chevy

that's an 86-87 Olds 442 Quadrajet, for VIN 9 307 (yes on caddies too)
