I am getting ready to paint my Regal and have been looking at all the quarter window posts. I don't know anything about them. I saw the picture from the "Bernadine" build thread from the inside and it looks like the window was put in the body, and a lot of "stuff" was smeared around the inside. Is that what you are talking about?
I haven't taken the inside panel off, but I am going to do that today to get a look. Maybe I should do that first? DUH! 🙃

Have you checked any auto glass companies? They might atleast guide you to a supplier.
