Does anyone know if the molded dash covers for the 81-88 style (with the plastic center trim piece) would fit over the 78-80 style dash or do I need to find a new dash. I want that fancy little cutout spot so I can make something cool go there but I don't want to buy it if it won't work. Ps I know the speaker locations are in different spots but that's okay. Thanks guys!
Quick question about elco dash options.

I plan on filling it with a custom piece of sheet metal but I didn't know if anything changed from the dashes besides the speakers and the vents. I don't care about either because only the defroster works anyways. Thanks man!
