Quieting down a 3" Exhaust with Headers

Pypes race pro mufflers are mellow at idle/cruise and really bark when you are on it.

How would you compare those to the Street Pro's as far as sound?

I have the Steet Pros now, but since I needed new mufflers I went with the Race Pros ( not installed yet ) because I've heard they were quioter. Right now my Street Pro's/ 2.5" X-pipe have the same sound characteristics as the Race Pro's you described above. Will my new Race Pro's be even more quiot?
