Do these center caps that are listed for 14” Camaro ralleys also fit the similar 15” ralleys on the mid 80’s monte?

Are there any other vehicles that have interchangeable center caps with the mid 80’s monte steel ralleys?

The only issue I see is the tabs that retain the cap to the wheel are in the wrong position. If I recall on my brothers 85 SS the spring tab on the wheel is positioned with the lug hole, Camaro wheels have them between the lug holes. The center caps you show are for a Camaro. The SS Monte Carlo SS wheel is just slightly different. The tower style S10/S15 caps may fit. as well as the 1980-88 star style.

Wonder if they are just using a stock photo for their adds. I know the retaining spring spring for the SS wheel is the same as the 14 inch wheel and is in line with the lug holes.
This was a picture I found on the web of a Monte Carlo SS wheel. Same as on my brothers 85 SS with the spring clips at the lug holes.

This is a web picture of the Camaro 15 x 7 steel that would take the center caps you have in both postings. Note the position of the spring clips in relation to the lug holes.
I would question the seller before making a purchase.

I'll say, "no the Monte Carlo and Camaro centercaps don't interchange" based on GM literature. Check your Parts and Illustration Manuals. Part numbers are the same on centercap inserts but different on centercaps. But I haven't personally tried it.

I have a set of the Camaro 15" rallys & they don't have any retaining clips. The centers for those are held on by the lug nuts like the chrome GN wheel centers.
