I have a 78 cutlass Calais with rallye gauges that work every now and then.
None of the lights work. And I did notice when the voltage gauge works so does the rest of them. Minus the lights. I got all new sending units but still the same results. What am I doing wrong? I don't what to buy more gauges when I already have them in my dash.

It's not just you... This is a fairly common problem. Infact, the gauges on my 442 haven't worked since I bought it 8 years ago... Man I need to get around to fixing them...

It's the contacts in the dash assembly where the gauges plug into the printed circut board. You'll need to pull the gauge cluster out, and clean the contacts on the printed circut, and you also may have to tweek some of the plug ins to make a good connection.

I hope somebody else chimes in with the site that had a procedure to do this, cause I'm too lazy to look for it at the moment.
