Well that would put a breeze in her do! Saw a bike like that at work about a month back.
It was the early 60's. Notice the trash can on the corner. It has trash in it! It was a different time. No one really littered back then. And Sanitation picked up the trash from the cans on a daily basis. There was a sanitation strike in 1968. They stopped picking up everything.
