That was a GM prototype car that they sold after bankruptcy in the late 2000's, or early 2010's I believe. I think it's changed hands a couple times at least, someone put the ZQ8's on it and it doesn't have a VIN or something like that, so not sure how you can legally register/drive it.

Fleamarket guy here has a boxes full of titles - how else you think every '68 camaro on the road today became a SS396 or Z/28? Where there's a will 😉.
