Rear disc brake line part#?

I purchased a Quick Performance 9 inch ford rear for my El Camino and it has a basic disc brake conversion kit but I don't know anything else about it (make, part number etc) and I need to get braided disc brake lines for the calipers. Can anyone ID this or point me in the right direction?
