rear sail panels

Hi, does anyone know the best way to remove the seatbelts out of the lower sail panels on my 1979 Malibu? any help would be great, thanks.

Behind the plastic trim there is a t50 bolt holding it in. You'll probably have to pull the seat, and carefully remove the plastic trim, then you can pull the belt.
