Looks like it's going to work out for both of you guys. I like a happy ending..
Jeff, looks like you saved the day.

I wouldn't give up on that hinge. It looks pretty clean overall- besides the snapped off bolt. I would first try to drill it out, and either use an easy-out or drill and tap to the next oversize. The bolts that hold the glass are cheesy for the most part.
On one set of my hinges, I actually tapped the threads oversize and used allen head bolts. They hold a lot better than the crap the General supplied.
I'll have to refer back to see what size tap and bolts I used. It was metric.
BTW, what side is that?

I put short studs in mine and used acorn nuts, since the hinge is zinc and very soft. Someone had overtightened one and the bolt wouldn't stay tight. All better now!

Brian,
I like the idea of using studs and acorn nuts. As you said, they do strip out easily. I can't say I've ever snapped a bolt, though.

I'll take the old hinge and use it for parts or repair it.

If anybody is interested in the hatch glass off this wagon let me know.

Have not recieved the money for the other hinge from the OP so I will give it until tomorrow night 1/29 and it will go back up for sale. If anybody is interested in it PM me.
