rebuilt 700R4 issues

I would even consider having it "bench built" by a good local shop. That way, someone who knows transmissions and sees them every day can go through it, laugh at your amateur mistakes (believe me, they laugh...) and set it up correctly.
 
okay, I was just wondering if there was any possibility that it was something simple to fix that i may have overlooked. I had heard somewhere that it could be something with the valve body, i think they callled it a boost valve?
Anyways, I kinda figured it would mean another rebuild in the end. my brother tells me that he's done this transmission before, he says he has no idea why this one didn't work out right.
There weren't any broken parts or anything, everything looked pretty good.
We replaced the third clutch with one that's a little stronger, and added a shift kit. also, we photo-documented the teardown to make sure that we didn't make any mistakes.

The book we used is from "ATSG" for 82-86 700r4's
