Regal Gbody wheel clearance

Hello, this question is specifically to those who own a grand national(no gnx's) or turbo regal with factory 15" wheels. I noticed that when I park and sharply turn the wheels to one side. Under the wheel well it doesn't look like I could fit a larger tire/wheel. What I want to know is if the wheel wells on gn's and turbos are larger? Thanks. Btw I have 3 types of 14" wheels 2 olds,1 buick, and 1 steel, :?

The wheelwell is the same size as any regal. On a factory 15x7 wheel you can run a 235/60/15 without any rub. For comparison to other tires thats 26.1 tall with a 9.5 section width. But that is pretty much the limit as far as height & section width without any rub or modification. That said I know some that somehow have managed to run slightly larger tires up front.

Thank You, That helps me out alot because 15" is the rim size I want. For now I might just goto the junk yard and find a matching set of 15" wheels that fit the same bolt pattern. 😀
