HELP remote mirror toggle to bezel mount help

I have been looking and looking how to if needed at all where I’m supposed to mount the remote mirror cable toggle to the bezel. Is there a retainer clip or does it simply snap in the bezel and hold with 2 screws on the inside?

Should be a wire clip.

Early versions used a set screw that tightens against the barrel of the joystick...might be in the circled area

O ok I’m just missing that set screw I’m sure I can get that somewhere.. was curious if that was the only thing holding it. Thanks

Should be a wire clip.

I have the oem one from my picture that uses set screws but was curious if there was anything else used to make everything work together. Thanks
