so cal
how would i go about doing that it seems to not have any sub frame to remove so would i need to lift the engine abit to slide the oil pan right out between the frame the engine is the stock 307 v8

Yes, you need to lift the engine. You may want to take off the distributor cap to give you more room to lift. The fan shroud may also need to be loosened. You also might have to remove the starter to get to some oil pan bolts. I am not sure if you have to remove or disconnect any exhaust pieces, but you might.

If you don't have some type hoist or cherry picker to lift the engine, a jack and a piece of wood on the harmonic balancer will work. Just be VERY careful!!!

Can someone answer his question? I just did it on my car, but mine had a baffle which made it a pain in the *ss. His car should not have a baffle, which I think should make it a lot easier, just not sure.
