Anyone have some tried-and true salt stain remover ?
The last few years we get calcium sprayed on the roads in addition to all the damn salt. I get after my DD van a couple times a winter ( when it gets above freezing ) with some warm water / white vinegar in a 50/50 mix and the wet dry vacuum but this year is esp bad. Its caked on and not scrubbing out for some reason.

Once the weather warms up I will have to tackle wifey's Camry. Its going to take some work to get the salt out of those black carpets. Then I will be shopping for some of those fancy weather tech mats for her car !

Water and a plastic bristle scrub brush. I've literally had to soak the carpet with the garden hose in the bad parts, let it sit for a few minutes, scrub, and repeat. Use a shop vac to suck the water out and leave the windows down for the weekend to help it finish drying.
