Hello to all. I am new to the site. Not sure if this is right forum. Anyway planning to replace carpet and thought while seats were out may have them recovered. Was told cost was pretty high to recover therefore thinking I would like to change out seats with something more sporty up to date. Does not have to be new, maybe something from another vehicle that would fit. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Gman

Those seats look pretty clean. What price did the shop give you?

$300 per seat. Since I have new carpet thought new seats would look good with it. Seats are not too bad as is. Thanks

300 a seat with factory material??

If so, thats not to bad

I would haggle a little with them and get it to 500 for both

Thanks, that was one problem. He said he could not get same fabric anymore. I have not had any work done in a long time, did not know what was reasonable.

That money for non factory material I would want to see exactly what they would be using first

as well as some of their craftsmanship first

If there are no tears maybe get them professionally cleaned, it might make them look like new.

You can get really good results with a pressure washer. This method is commonly used in detail shops.
