Reverse Lights Not Working

Just trying to see if anyone can tell me where to locate the switch that you can adjust for the reverse lights to work. My bulbs are good, fuses are good but the switch needs adjusting.

It's on the top of the steering column under the dash..

So should I have to drop the steering column?I did earlier before I made this post but did see anything, if I'm not mistaken it's a metal clip with some sort of metal string attached right.

You don't have to drop the collumn but it does make the job easier. It on top of the collumn right next to the firewall. White plastic item with 4 or 5 wires.
