Bought an F41 GN front swaybar last weekend and was going to order bushings but the actual size of the bar has me confused. The bushings off Summit Racing are 1 3/16 but the bar is 32MM and that goes out to 1 1/4". Does 1/16 matter? Should I go poly bushings or is rubber fine? Its mostly a DD.

the 1/16 will make a big difference, you might be able to pull it off with rubber, but it's gonna take some muscle to squeeze it together. there is a noticeable difference between the polys and the rubber bushings, for sway bars i always go poly. but you also want to get the correct length poly endlinks. same with rubber--the body bushings should match the endlinks.
i got the energy suspension polys at autozone or advance.
