Which blue came as the interior color in my 1983 Wagon?
And is there a place that sells seats?

the color you want is royal or ocean if you want an aftermarket color,which mimic the oem color.

digging through my big factory "Oldsmobile" parts manual (I stress Olds as Chevy probably differs). Royal blue was an 83 color and navy seems to have ended in 82, your best bet is to try and find a paint chip and fabric card - I have one for my 81. Alos bare in mind you will not get a perfect match with nearly 3 decades of sun fade. Good luck!
