RPO PA1, COVER, WHEEL, VAR 5

Anybody have a picture of this wheel option? I am looking to find the original wheel covers that matches to this RPO option, but don't know what they are or what they look like. If it makes a difference, this is off a 1985 Cutlass Supreme base model with a v6.

Ok so I was finally able to land a picture of what I believe to be the original wheel covers matching RPO PA1, cover, wheel, VAR 5. Can someone give a confirmation that these are the correct caps? Thanks
