running hott

god this car is pissing me off......any ways so my car has been running like crap getting hott and being gutless so i yanked the thermostat out and its still running extremely hott heat coming out of the vents would bake you out of car. its not going thru coolant blowing smoke or anything like that but could i still be dealing with blown headgaskets?

taking out a thermostat won't make it run cooler, is the flow good in the rad?

check your oil to see if it looks milky.also you could do a compression test. also check your timing it might be to far advanced causing it to run hot.

Is the heater control valve on the back of the intake hooked up and working?

Either your water pump ain't flowing the water or your radiator isn't flowing good. My guess would be the radiator , is it the original?

if it is running hot and gutless I'd check the temp of the cat, it could be plugged

^ this, drian and buy some radiator flush, refill with flush and water, let run for 15 minutes, drain radiator,remove drain c*ck and stick a garden a hose down the filler neck full blast till the water runs clear, inspect oil for milkshake lookin like oil <- blown head gasket/s. intake,water pump thermostat gaskets and hoses for leaks be happy if it is a head gasket that its not dohc
