For a future project, what would be a preferred hardware kit for the small block Oldsmobile if you were to install headers? More specifically, if there is a particular brand/part# anyone has, that would be great.
Seems like on most engines, you might have studs, but you replace them with bolts when going to headers.
Also, do Oldsmobile engines have any problems with the hardware going into water passages/jackets? I know of someone that just did a big block Chrysler header job where this was the case, and it was a major pain.
