Ok should I stick stick with sand seat belts or go with grey? Seats are cream and gray interior panels are creme. Dash and kick panels are gray. Gray carpet and headliner

Interior panels freshened up since photo

I say stick with the sand belts if they are in good shape, i like the color contrast. Nice seats by the way

There not in the worst shape. Wish I could figure a way to clean them

And thanks for the compliment. I love my seats

You can clean them but don't get the retractors wet. Scrub brush and some soapy water will work. Of course you must remove them from the vehicle. Extend them fully and put a safety pin through the belt so it won't retract. I have also dyed them even though the factory manual forbids doing that.

We there's nothing in the interior right now but a dash lol so easy enough. Any special cleaner to use?

I just fill a bucket with laundry detergent and water, soak overnight, rinse under running water, and dry in the sun.

Like mentioned, remove from car, pull all the way out, and clip them to prevent retracting.

Turned the nasty blackened belts in my last truck back to their original gray, and made them nice and soft again.

As an aside, you are never to dye belts, as you have no control over the chemicals in the dye, and therefore cannot know of any hazards to the webbing from the exposure to the dye. BUT, I know people do it quite frequently.

I think the best/safest dye is that RIT brand stuff, used for dying clothing. No petrochemicals, as the belts are nylon.

If you really want new belts you can always take them to an upholstery shop and have them install new webbing in whatever color you want.
It would also be safer anyway. 30+ year old belts aren't something I want to trust in an accident.
