seat belt operators

84 elki seat belts do not want to retract, found one of the ??? little black lever at bottom of door jam broke at spring retainer other just froze up anyone have a good seat or are they other options to get them to retract anr work proper thanks all

I still have a couple of sets left...these are from Gbody coupes...I think the camino ones were green on the end...
