Greetings, my DS belt will no longer retract. Talked with a good source who said if it isn't just dirty, probably needs a new return spring in the spool assembly.
First, that make sense to you?
Second, anything special about the spools in the '83 elky, or could I find almost any G-body spool assembly in case a new spring is needed?
I don't like driving the machine without being secured, would appreciate your input! Thx, dk
