All secondary jets are one size. If you take the carburetor apart, you will see two openings but no way to remove them. That's because flow is dictated by the rods. A thicker rod will flow less at WOT and a rod that hangs lower will flow less than one that is thinner or is higher. The hanger dictates how high the rods get when you mash the pedal, the rods dictate flow. Hangers have a letter stamped into the top of them. The higher the letter, the lower the overall lift of the rods. Also there is a cam underneath the hanger that controls how fast the rods lift out.
I strongly suggest anyone with a Quadrajet to get a book on them and read it. These carburetors are fantastic and run very well IF you take the time to read about them, take one apart (slowly) and study how it all goes together and how everything works.
