I've used sem color coat in years past with good luck.like anything else preparation is key.not all interior plastics are the same they require different adhesion promoters.they make it easy to i.d what type of plastic you have.make sure you follow the directions and you won't regret it.i did all my interior plastic and dash board.
Ive sprayed vinyl on seats in the past but i can't speak for the longevity of them as they were used car/customer cars..
