Welcome to the forum. Hopefully official car meets will soon return. In the meantime the summer meets are co incidental in Trenton and Belleville.
Thanks!! And I hope so too. But if you see a blue Chevrolet Caprice in the area with a temp sticker, that would be mine aha.

Hi
Welcome from Niagara. I recently retired from the GM engine plant in St.Catharines. I remember driving one of those Bonneville's to Oshawa for meetings when they were new. Cruised nice about 80 mph then. Probably had a 2.29 axle.

Welcome! I'm also Chris, and from Toronto, but that was when the dinosaurs roamed the planet. Passed through Trenton driving back and forth from our then-home in Ottawa, many times in the early '80s, driving the near-twin to the Cutlass I have, now. Love the last of the full-size GM RWD cars, too - my late father had a bunch of them over the years. You've picked a couple of winners to start off with! Easy to work on, parts are relatively cheap, and there are lots of fellow travelers to help with advice, and experience.

They are supposedly retooling now to build Sierras and Silverados. Part of the plant is producing face masks. From what I have read, they have made four million masks so far.
Thats great to hear, I'm glad they are making use of the work area. I was very upset at General Motors when I heard they were closing down, there's been enough factory closures as it is.

Hey Pete! One of my relatives use to work in St. Kitts over at GM.

I bet those Bonnies drove nice back in the day for sure. Cheers.
