Serp drive radiator hose guide

Anybody have one of these they want to part with.

Since F & G body cars seem to use the same radiator can you send a pic of what the upper radiator hose looks like and part number if you have it.

I made my own out of a 1" aluminium strip i bought at lowes but i put it on the fan shroud worked great!
