Harbor Fright has a whole box for sale, all sizes. I use them for oil drain bolt washers. No leaks!!
I've done similar. Except in the end you use up all the 'good' sizes and end up with a large assortment of rarely used sizes. Buy the same kit a few times and you've got yourself quite the supply of copper.
