setting the timing on LS with a MSD LS 6010 tips? suggestions?

Now that my car runs and drives ... I need to set the timing up.. the timing pills they give you seem terrible...

motor is a 5.3 with a 232/234 .595/.598 cam and 243 vette heads milled down .0015"

motor should rev to 7k

what is a good timing curve to setup ? just somwhere to start where the motor wont blow up... looking for advice from people with similar builds..
