I'm trying to find out where to get some relocation brackets for the rear shocks so that I can put these caramo rear disc brakes. I need the bolt up ones.

To my knowledge, no one makes them. I just made a couple for my car out of a few pieces of 1/8" steel.
flynbye performance sells them. they include them in their kits or you can buy them by themselves.
