Shocks and springs

I plan on getting eibach prokit lowering springs for my cutlass and wanted your opinions on if they are good springs or not

also i have no clue whats shocks i want to use so if you have any suggestions im all ears

get any OE shocks for normal ride, and get stiffer ones for race/track.

I had lowering springs and monroe sensatrac shock on my '78 malibu, it handled way better than my other malibu with stock springs and the cheap shocks, still no sports car though

I got a quick question to add...I have V6 springs and a good set of monroe shocks, curious to know if 1" drop springs will sit any lower, same or higher? I have a 350 Chevy in it.
